Meeting the educational needs of the families of Starfleet personnel and civilians stationed on Starbase Python is a challenging endeavor.  The massive database of knowledge contained in the computers aboard Starbase allow students to access information in their fields of study at any level, at their own rates of learning.

A Director monitors each division and the instructors assigned to each division.  Both Starfleet and civilian teachers are employed by the Education Department.
